Call for Travel Grant Applications for ASDP 2026

The Asian Society of Digital Pathology (ASDP) will have a Travel Grant Program for ASDP members to attend ASDP 2026 in Singapore.

ASDP will provide a limited number of travel grants to applicants whose abstracts are accepted at ASDP 2026. Each travel grant is worth up to SGD 1300.

⏰ APPLICATION DEADLINE: The deadline for applications is as per abstract submission deadline.

Criteria for application

› The applicant must be a member of ASDP in good standing and should be the first author of at least one scientific abstract accepted.
› Preference will be given to young investigators (under 40 years old by the congress start date, 1 Nov 2026) and to applicants from low-income and lower-middle-income countries.
› To apply, please indicate interest in travel grant during abstract submission. Travel grant applicants who are shortlisted will be requested to produce supporting documents (e.g. proof of valid affiliation to the declared institution) before award can be confirmed.
› Submissions will be evaluated according to the criteria mentioned above and based on the scoring of accepted abstracts.

Award Allocation

› Applicants will be notified of the decisions during or shortly following abstract acceptance announcement. Awardees must register for ASDP 2026 within two weeks of award announcement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the travel grant.

Expenses Covered by the Award:

› Awardees are expected to use the grant to support travel and registration for the congress. These awards will be reimbursed right after the Congress with the presentation of proof of travel (e.g. flight receipt, flight boarding pass) and proof of attendance to ASDP 2026.
